The Shrine Synchro System featuring Algerian oud maestro Yazid Fentazi

Inspired by their desire to turn people onto new, global sounds they’ve never heard before, the one and only DJs Rita Ray and Max Reinhardt (The Shrine / BBC 3) bring you another of their specially deconstructed versions of a Shrine club session. The DJs’ musical menu of Latin, African and an eclectic mix of jazz have established the pair as the hippest and most influential selectors of ‘world’ styles in the UK capital. Tonight, they will be mixing decks with the live music of Algerian oud maestro Yazid Fentazi, for guaranteed groove alongside a feast of visual artistry.
